摘要 目的分析正常人及磨牙症患者的边缘运动轨迹和下颌边缘运动特征,探讨磨牙症对边缘运动的可能影响。方法 24名磨牙症患者和16名无磨牙症的学生分别为磨牙症组和对照组。用Bio EGN描记仪描述研究对象作边缘运动时下颌切点在不同切面的运动轨迹。结果磨牙症患者边缘运动轨迹图形在冠状面上比较不规则。磨牙症患者侧方运动角度的对称性较对照组差(P<0.05),但各个方向的最大位移、最大开闭口速度和侧方运动角度与正常人差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磨牙症患者冠状面的下颌边缘运动轨迹图形不规则,对称性差。 Objective To analyze and compare the characteristics of mandibular border movement trajectories be-tween asymptomatic subjects and bruxers, discuss the possible effects of bruxism on mandibular border movement.Meth-ods A total of 24 bruxers and 16 asymptomatic subjects were included.The trajectories of mandibular border movement in sagittal, frontal and horizontal view were recorded in a quiet room by means of the BioENG.Results The trajectories of mandibular border movement of bruxers were more irregular than those of the control subjects in frontal view.There was no significant difference in the maximal opening and closing velocity, maximal displacement in all orientation and latero-trusal angle in bruxism group compared to the control group (P〉0.05).But the symmetry of laterotrusal angle in bru-xism group was significantly worse than the control one (P〈0.05).Conclusion The mandibular border movement tra-jectories in bruxers are more irregular and less symmetry than the normals.
