摘要
目的研究烧结次数对IPS e.max铸瓷颜色的影响,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法制作厚度1 mm,直径10 mm的IPS e.max铸瓷圆盘形试件10个。将试件分别烧结1、3、5、7、9次,置于中性灰色背景上,使用电脑比色仪测量烧结后的色度值并计算色差,对数据进行统计学分析。结果 L*值随烧结次数增加而不断降低,差异有统计学意义(F=6.374,P=0.002);a*值随烧结次数增加而不断降低,但差异不具有统计学意义(F=0.786,P=0.548);b*值随烧结次数增加而不断降低,差异有统计学意义(F=4.326,P=0.011)。经9次烧结,其色差变化均小于2.0。结论烧结次数对IPS e.max铸瓷颜色有影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of repeated sintering on the color of IPS e.max all-ceramic, and provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods Ten disk-shaped IPS e.max all-ceramic specimens (1 mm in thickness,10 mm in diameter) were fabricated.After repeated sintering (1, 3, 5, 7, 9 times, respectively) , color pa-rameters of samples were measured under a neutral gray background with ShadeEye Ncc and the color difference of sam-ples were calculated at the same time.The data were statistically analyzed.Results Increasing times of sintering resul-ted in decrease the mean values of L*, a*, b*, and exhibited significant influence on the mean values of L*( F=6.374, P=0.002) and b*(F=4.326,P=0.011) but not on the mean values of a*(F=0.786, P=0.548).After repeated sintering,the color difference were less than 2.0.Concluson Repeated sintering has exhibited significant in-fluence on color;the change of color difference after 9 firings was still within perceptible and acceptable range.
