摘要
目的:探讨双三角补丁法在小切口微创腋臭根治术中预防出血、皮瓣坏死、堆积及外包扎改良中的作用。方法:对60例腋臭患者采用小切口皮下汗腺修剪根治,切口两侧皮瓣采用双三角补丁法缝合固定,外用9cm×12cm敷料固定,而不用负压引流弹力绷带包扎。结果:采用双三角补丁法明显减少皮下出血、皮片坏死、堆集,减少了患者术后生活不便及并发症发生,综合临床疗效提高。结论:采用双三角补丁缝合法在微创腋臭治疗中对于减少术后并发症、提高临床疗效是切实可行的。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of double trigonometric patch in preventing bleed,skin necrosis on microinvasive treat osmidrosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with axillary osmidrosis were treated by minimally small incision bromhidrosis resection and sew up skin with double trigonometric patch. Results The treatment of double trigonometric patch obviously reduced associated incidences. Conclusion Double trigonometric patch could reduce incidences and increase clinical effect in microinvasive osmidrosis.
