The relationship between candidate susceptible gene NEDD4 and the pathogenesis of keloids:an update

摘要 病理性修复是以胶原为主的细胞外基质成分的大量沉积,可导致真皮组织过度增生而出现病理性瘢痕,包括局限性生长的增生性瘢痕和生长超过创缘的瘢痕疙瘩。目前的治疗方法主要为手术切除,但临床易复发,无特效处理办法,是整形外科、皮肤科、烧伤科领域的常见病、难治病,严重影响患者的正常生活及心理健康。
