生命周期评价在宝钢不锈钢领域的应用初探 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,生命周期评价的方法广泛应用于钢铁产品的绿色制造和节能减排等领域。在碳钢LCA研究的基础上,参照国内外相关标准,结合宝钢不锈钢生产流程的具体情况,对宝钢不锈钢产品生命周期评价的研究方法进行思考,对生命周期评价在不锈钢产品领域的应用进行了初步探索。通过对宝钢不锈钢产品生命周期评价的目标与范围、生命周期清单、生命周期影响评价及解释等方面进行研究,探讨不锈钢产品生命周期评价的思路与方法,从而为不锈钢产品的生命周期评价研究积累经验。 In recent years,life cycle assessment is widely used in green manufacturing,energysaving and emission reduction of iron and steel production. Based on the finished LCA research of carbon steel in Baosteel and related international / national standard,the application of LCA in stainless steel in Baosteel was studied. Through the study of stainless steel ’s goal and scope definition,life cycle inventory,life cycle assessment and interpretation,knowledge and experience of LCA’s application in stainless steel was obtained.
