摘要 辐射温度计是冷轧退火炉的关键设备,其测量误差会直接影响产品的性能,所以,有必要分析测量误差产生的因素。对辐射温度计的测量误差进行了分析和分类,从误差来源而言,可以分为标定误差、发射率误差、光学干扰误差、瞄准误差、背景辐射误差,其中,影响比较大的是发射率误差和背景辐射误差。同时,阐述了产生这些误差的原理,估计了各种误差的范围,并提出了减少误差的方法。 Pyrometer is the most important equipment of the annealing furnace, which measuring error effect the quality of the products. So it is necessary to analyse the factor of the measuring error. The errors of pyrometer used in furnace of cold mill plant can be classified into the error of calibration,the error of emissivity,the error of optical,the error of target aim and the error of background. Among them,the error of emissivity and the error of background has more influence.Meanwhile,the reason of these measuring error was claimed,the range of the error was evaluated,and the ways to decrease it was put forward.
