摘要
目的探讨肝内胆管癌的磁共振成像(MRI)表现特征及诊断价值。方法对12例肝内胆管癌患者进行MRI及磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)检查,回顾性分析肝内胆管癌的MRI征象及与其他肝内占位病变的鉴别关系。结果肝内胆管癌的MRI及MRCP表现有一定的特异性,肿块的延迟强化和病灶周围胆管扩张是肝内胆管癌的特征性影像表现。结论 MRI平扫加增强扫描并结合MRCP对准确诊断肝内胆管癌有重要价值。
Objective To discuss the value of MRI features and diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangio carcinoma.Methods MRI and MRCP examination of 12 cases of intrahepatic cholangio carcinoma patients, retrospective analysis of MRI signs of lesions in differential relationship of intrahepatic cholangio carcinoma and other liver space occu-pying lesions. Results MRI and MRCP manifestations of intrahepatic cholangio carcinoma had certain specificity,delayed enhancement in and around the lesion dilatation of bile duct tumor was theimage features of intrahepatic cholangio carcinoma performance. Conclusion Plain and contrast enhanced MRI scanning combined with MRCP has important value for the accurate diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangio carcinoma.
