胃肠超声造影检查在胃十二指肠疾病筛查中的应用价值

目的探讨胃肠超声造影检查在胃十二指肠疾病筛查中的应用价值。方法选取我院同时进行胃肠超声造影检查和胃镜检查的患者共243例,口服胃窗声学造影剂充盈胃腔后,行食管下段、贲门、胃、十二指肠超声检查。结果超声造影可以清晰显示胃肠病变、胃壁层次及周围脏器情况,与胃镜结果比较,超声造影诊断符合率:胃及十二指肠溃疡93%,胃肿瘤92%,结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经口服胃窗声学造影剂进行胃肠超声造影检查方便、准确、价廉、无创,是对胃镜和X线钡餐等检查的有效补充,适宜临床上胃十二指肠疾病的大规模筛查。

Results Contrast enhanced ultrasound can gastrointestinal lesions, stomach layer and surrounding organs clear display, Compared with the results of gastroscope,Rate consistent with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis： 93% gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastric cancer 92%.Conclusion The oral ultrasonic contrast agent for gastrointestinal contrast enhanced ultrasound examination is convenient, accurate, inexpensive, noninvasive, is the effective supplement to the gastroscopy and X-ray barium meal examination, suitable for large-scale screening of clinical gastric duodenal diseases.
