脊柱血管瘤77例多层螺旋CT诊断分析

摘要脊柱血管瘤（vertebral hemangiomas,VH）在脊柱良性肿瘤中有着较高的发病率,占所有脊柱肿瘤的4%,是临床常见的脊柱疾病。大多数VH无临床症状,为无症状性VH（asymptomatic vertebral hemangiomas,ASVH）,无需治疗[1],而约3.4%的脊柱血管瘤可引起患者顽固性疼痛,部分患者可出现进行性脊髓功能障碍,伴感觉或运动障碍等临床症状,
