超声在类风湿性关节炎诊治中的应用进展 被引量:14

摘要 超声能准确反映类风湿性关节炎患者关节腔积液、滑膜厚度、滑膜内血流信号、软骨、骨质等情况,相对于其他影像学检查,具有较高特异性及敏感性,且费用低廉,可广泛运用于协助类风湿性关节炎诊断及治疗后的疗效评估,指导临床方案制定。本文就超声在类风湿性关节炎诊治中的作用做一综述。 Ultrasonography can accurately reflect these situation of rheumatoid arthritis,such as articular cavity effusion,thickness of synovium,blood flow signals within synovium,cartilage,scterotin.Compared with other imaging,it has a higher specificity, sensitivity and lower cost. It can be widely used to assist the diagnosis and effect evaluation after treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and make clinical guidelines. The application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was reviewed in this article.
