超声诊断胎儿前腹壁畸形的临床价值

Clinic value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal anterior abdominal wall defects

目的探讨产前超声对胎儿前腹壁畸形的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析64例前腹壁畸形胎儿的超声声像图和临床资料,分析其超声声像图特征,与引产结果相对照。结果本组漏诊3例,误诊1例,产前超声检查诊断胎儿前腹壁畸形的诊断符合率为93.75%。结论超声诊断可对胎儿前腹壁畸形进行诊断,为临床制定合理的治疗方案提供依据。

Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal anterior abdominal wall defects. Methods Sonographic features and clinical data of 64 fetuses with anterior abdominal wall defects were analyzed retrospectively. Compared with the results of induced labor, sonographic features of anterior abdominal wall defects were analyzed. Results Three cases were missed diagnosis and 1 case was misdiagnosed in our study. The diagnostic accordance rate of anterior abdominal wall defects using uhrasonography was 93.75%. Conclusion Ultrasonography is successful in determining the presence or absence of fetal anterior abdominal wall defects, and it is of great help for appropriate therapy.
