微血管减压治疗原发性三叉神经痛后面神经损伤治疗体会

The treatment experience of facial nerve injury caused by micro-vascular decompression for primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的探讨微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛术后面神经损伤治疗体会,以提高疗效。方法回顾性分析微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛后出现面神经损伤的23例患者,并予以高压氧、针灸治疗后作House-Brackmann分级对比。结果 23例患者均有疗效;其中有16例恢复到I级,4例恢复到Ⅱ级,2例恢复到Ⅲ级,1例恢复到Ⅳ级。结论早期诊断并予以高压氧、针灸、药物治疗,特别是高压氧、针灸有助于微血管减压术后面神经损伤恢复,并为微血管减压治疗三叉神经痛提供有利支持。

Objective Evaluate the treatment for facial nerve injury,which caused by Micro-vascular decompression for primary trigeminal neuralgia,to Improve Micro-vascular decompression efficacy.Methods A retrospective analysis of comparison between before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy,acupuncture,in 23 cases of facial nerve injury patients.Results The curative effect of 23 patients showed;of which 16 patients recovered to grade I,4cases recovered to grade II,2cases recovered to grade III,1cases recovered to grade.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen and acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of facial nerve injury are effective,and can provide beneficial support for MVD in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
