摘要
目的研制一种简易长效通用碘盐检测剂,操作简单,适用于不同产地的加碘食盐特别是"川盐",适合基层卫生、盐业工作人员及非专业人员现场使用。方法本碘盐检测剂,依据碘酸根和碘离子的经氧化还原反应生成碘,而碘遇淀粉显蓝色的原理设计,经过精心筛选及试验,选定硫酸铜、硫酸联胺、淀粉等按一定比例配制而成。结果对于加碘川盐,用直接滴定法测定碘盐浓度为不合格或含量较低或未检出,但是用仲裁法测定其碘盐浓度则明显高于直接滴定法测得值,用通用碘盐检测剂半定量所测值与仲裁法所测值相当一致或接近。结论本通用碘盐检测剂能够满足现场检测的要求,特别是能满足对"川盐"等特殊产地出产的加碘食盐的半定量检测,这是普通碘盐检测剂所不能解决的。
Objective Development of a simple effective universal iodized salt detection agent,simple operation,iodized salt is suitable for different areas,especially theSichun salt,suitable for on- site health,salt workers and non professional use. Methods The iodine salt detecting agent was designed according to the principle of the redox reaction of iodide iodate and iodineions and starch yielding a blue color in the presence of iodine. The agent was made after careful selection and experiment,selected copper sulfate,dianine sulfate and starch,etc.,prepared in a certain proportion. Results The iodized Sichun salt,by direct titration method for the determination of the concentration of iodized is not qualified or the content is low or not detectable,but the use of the method for the determination of the concentration of iodized salt was significantly higher than direct titration measured value,semi quantitative value was quite the same or similar. Conclusions The universal iodized salt detection agent can meet the requirements of field detection,especially to meet semi quantitative detection of iodized Sichun salt and other special areas of salt,which can t be solved by common salt detection agent.
