乳腺钼靶对乳腺叶状瘤与纤维腺瘤的诊断价值

Differential diagnosis between breast phyllode tumor and breast fibroadenoma by clinical digital mammography phyanalysiso

目的探讨乳腺钼靶对乳腺叶状肿瘤与纤维腺瘤鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的33例乳腺叶状肿瘤和23例乳腺纤维腺瘤的乳腺钼靶特征。结果乳腺叶状肿瘤患者病史较长,为单侧发,乳腺钼靶病灶多表现为圆形、类圆形或分叶状致密肿块,密度均匀,部分血供丰富边缘可见"晕环征",不累及皮肤及皮下脂肪层;乳腺纤维腺瘤表现为边缘光滑、锐利的圆形或阴影,密度均匀,无血管增多现象。结论认识乳腺叶状肿瘤的特征性钼靶X线表现,并结合临床资料综合分析,是提高乳腺叶状瘤和纤维腺瘤术前诊断的关键。

Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis value between breast phyllode tumor and breast fibroadenoma by clinical digital mammograpy phyanalysiso. Method The manifestations or characteristics on clinical digital mammography analysis were analysed in 33 cases with breast phyllode tumor and 27 cases with breast fibroadenoma. Results Breast phyllodes tumor was solitary and has a long- term history. Imaging results showed a round and lobulated dense mass, clear edge, uniform density without skin and fat infiltration. Part showed peripheral vein thickening and Halo. Breast fibroadenoma showed round mass, clear edge with uniform density and without Halo phenomenon. Conclusion Digital mammography manifestations and clinical characteristics of breast phyllodes tumor and breast fibroadenoma are the key to improve the preoperative diagnosis.
