双眼泪道瘘合并双侧先天性骨性鼻泪管发育异常一例

摘要患儿,男,3岁,出生后双眼流泪伴有黏液脓性分泌物,同时双眼内眦部皮肤表面分别可见1个小孔,间断有黏液自小孔处溢出（图1）.患儿曾于外院就诊并行泪道探通术2次,术后上述症状未消失.眼部检查：患儿双眼内眦部偏内下方分别存在直径约1 mm的圆孔,周围可见少量黄色沉着物.
