摘要
设计了熄焦车板用低成本含钒铸钢的成分,研究了该钢的显微组织和力学性能,并进行了工业试验。结果表明,所制备的含钒铸钢化学成分基本与设计成分一致,铸钢中加入一定量钒细化了铸钢的显微组织,提高了铸钢的力学性能,降低了生产成本,完全满足熄焦车板的使用要求。
The chemical composition of low-cost vanadium-contained cast steel used in coke quenching template was designed, and the microstructures and mechanical properties of the steel were investigated and industrial test was also carried out. The results show that the chemical composition of as-prepared vanadium-containing cast steel is consistent with that of as-designed steel. The microstructure of the cast steel is refined after adding a certain amount of vanadium, and thus the mechanical properties of the steel are improved. The production cost is also reduced, and the steel satisfies the requirements of the coke quenching template completely.
