摘要 运用常温拉伸、高温拉伸、冲击韧度测试和扫描电镜(SEM)的方法,研究了0.15Mo+B和0.3Mo试验用钢的抗震性能和耐火性能。结果表明,0.15Mo+B钢的先共析铁素体含量少于0.3Mo系列钢,使得0.15Mo+B系列钢的强度整体高于0.3Mo系列钢,但0.3Mo系列钢的强韧性搭配较好,能够更好的满足耐火钢的性能要求。 Using the method of room temperature tensile, high temperature tensile, impact toughness and scanning electron microscope(SEM), studied the seismic performance and fire resistance of steel 0.15Mo+B and 0.3Mo were studied. The results show that the amount of pro eutectoid ferrite in 0.15 Mo +B steel is less than that in 0.3Mo steel, which make the strength of 0.15Mo+B series steel is higher than that of the 0.3Mo series steel, but the 0.3Mo steel has good combination of strength and toughness, which can better meet the requirements of fire-resistant steel.
