摘要
采用人工神经网络对Ni Al基合金的超塑性进行了预测。结果表明,Ni Al基合金伸长率达到最大值时,其应力敏感指数m的范围是0.30~0.45,最大的应变速率敏感指数并没有和伸长率的最大值相对应。另外,应变速率越低越容易出现伸长率最大值这一规律并不适用于所有合金。
The superplasticity of Ni Al-based alloys was predicted using neural network. The results show that the scale of the stress sensitive index m is 0.30~0.45 when the elongation of the Ni Al-based alloys achieves maximum, but the maximal m is not agreed with the maximal elongation of the alloy. Furthermore, the rule that the lower the strain rate, the easier to occur the maximal elongation, is not applicable to all the alloys.
