摘要
研究了包铝和不包铝两种2024铝合金在西部大气环境下暴露4年期间的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在暴露两年的时间里,包铝的合金中铝层被腐蚀穿透,不包铝的合金中少数位置已经穿孔,未穿孔的位置最大腐蚀深度为310μm。此外,铝合金的抗腐蚀性与氯离子浓度负相关。
The corrosion behavior of the aluminum alloy 2024 with and without aluminum cladding exposed in western atmospheric environment for 4 years was investigated. The results show that the aluminum coating of the alloy with aluminum cladding is penetrated by the corrosion. While the corroded hole appear in a few zones of the alloy without aluminum cladding and the maximal depth of un-penetrated zones is 310 μm. Furthermore, the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy is negative correlation with Cl-concentration.
