建筑工程用铝合金的疲劳寿命及裂纹形成

摘要 研究了2B06铝合金的疲劳寿命和裂纹的形成,并提出了疲劳寿命的理论模型。结果表明,在2B06铝合金中,尺寸较大的S相是疲劳裂纹的主要区域,S相以及θ相的尺寸都服从对数正态分布。可以把S相当量化成半椭圆型表面裂纹,其宽度的平均值是81.4μm,深度的平均值是24.3μm。疲劳寿命理论模型的模拟结果与实际值相近。 The fatigue life and crack formation of the aluminum alloy 2B06 were investigated, and the theoretical model of fatigue life was present. The results show that the primary zone producing fatigue crack is located at the large-size S phase in the aluminum alloy 2B06, and the size of both phases S and θ phases obeys logarithmic normal distribution. The S phase equivalence could be translated to half-disciform surface crack, and the average wide is 81.4 μm and average depth is 24.3μm. Furthermore, the simulated results of theoretical model of fatigue life are similar with actual ones.
