摘要
研究了不同取向差下SRR99双晶高温合金的拉伸性能。结果表明,随着取向差的不断增加,材料的塑性变形能力降低,当材料的取向差为4°时,材料的塑性相对最好。同时,随着取向差的增加,材料的断裂机制逐渐由沿滑移带断裂过渡到部分沿晶断裂和完全的沿晶断裂。
The tensile properties of the double-crystal high-temperature alloy SRR99 under different misorientation were investigated. The results show that the plastic deformation ability of the material decreases with the increase of the misorientation, and the plastic is best when the misorientation is 4°. Meanwhile, the fracture mechanism of material transforms from slip band fracture to the partial intergranular fracture and the complete intergranular fracture gradually.
