摘要
研究了置氢处理对Ti Al基金属间化合物Ti-45Al-5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y高温变形的影响。通过计算机辅助分析发现,含0.037%H的Ti-45Al-5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y合金峰值应力低于未置氢合金,原因是置氢处理提高β相含量以及动态再结晶、位错运动和孪生变形的程度。置氢处理导致片层间距减小,细化组织结构,提高了合金塑性。
The effect of the hydrogenation treatment on the high-temperature deformation of the TiAl-based intermetalic compound Ti-45Al-5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y was investigated. By computer-aided analysis, it is found that the peak stress of the0.037%H-contained alloy Ti-45Al-5Nb-0.8Mo-0.3Y is lower than that of the alloy without hydrogenation treatment, which is due to the fact that the hydrogenation treatment can increase the content of β phase and also increase the extents of dynamic recrystallization, dislocation movement and twin deformation. The hydrogenation treatment decreases lamella spacing, refines the microstructure, and thus improves the plasticity of the alloy.
