摘要
通过压缩实验和三点弯曲实验,并结合计算机辅助分析技术研究了不同温度下T2相合金的压缩行为、断裂行为和脆韧转变行为。结果表明,T2相合金试样发生脆韧转变的临界温度范围为1 000~1 200℃,超过该温度后,合金试样的压缩失效方式转变为高温开裂,断裂形式转变为穿晶解理和沿晶断裂的混合形式。
The compression, fracture and brittle-ductile transition behaviors of the T2 phase alloy were investigated by compression and three-point bending tests combined with computer-aided analysis. The results show that the critical temperature range of the brittle-ductile transition of the T2 phase alloy specimen is 1 000~1 200 ℃. And the compression failure mode of the alloy specimen transforms to high-temperature cracking, and the fracture mechanism becomes the mixed form of transgranular cleavage and intergranular fracture.
