摘要
以建筑屋顶用Ti 600合金为对象,研究其高温氧化过程和氧化原理。结果表明,氧化温度为700~1 000℃时,Ti 600合金的氧化行为遵循抛物线-直线式氧化动力学规律。700℃下氧化100 h后,Ti 600合金表面形成致密的氧化皮,主要成分为Ti O2和α-Al2O3。氧化温度升高到1 000℃时出现开裂现象。
The oxidation behavior of Ti 600 alloy was studied. The results show that the oxidation behavior of the alloy follow the parabolic- straight line oxidation kinetics model when oxidation temperature is 700~1 000 ℃. The dense oxide skin is formed on the alloy at 700 for 100 h, and the main compositions are Ti O2 and α-Al2O3. The oxide skin is crazing when the oxidation temperature is 1 000 ℃.
