封孔处理对Fe基非晶涂层耐蚀性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Sealing Treatment on Corrosion Resistance of Plasma Sprayed Fe-Based Amorphous Coating

摘要 采用Al(OH)3与H3PO4混合溶液对Fe基非晶涂层进行封孔处理,利用扫描电子显微镜观察封孔前后涂层的表面形貌,利用电化学分析对涂层的抗腐蚀性能进行研究。结果表明,Al(OH)3与H3PO4混合溶液封孔剂能够渗透到涂层的孔隙中起到填充作用,降低了涂层的孔隙率。封孔处理后涂层有较高的自腐蚀电位,提高了Fe基非晶涂层的抗腐蚀性能。 Al(OH)3and H3PO4 mixed solution was used to seal the pores existed on surface of plasma sprayed Fe-based amorphous coating. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was employed to observe surface morphology of the coating after sealing treatment. Electrochemical analysis method was used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the coatings. The results show that Al(OH)3and H3PO4 mixed solution could penetrate into the pores and reducing the porosity of the coating. The corrosion potential of the coating after sealing is enhanced, and the corrosion resistance of Fe based amorphous coating is improved due to the blockage of the channels where liquid sealant pass through and contact with the substrate.
