混凝土孔隙液环境下建筑用HRB335钢表面钝化膜的变化

摘要 研究了不同混凝土孔隙液环境下建筑用HRB335钢表面钝化膜的变化。结果表明,随着混凝土孔隙液中p H值的升高,HRB335钢表面更易形成钝化膜,且形成的钝化膜更稳定。其中,在p H值为11.00的CN中HRB335钢无法生成稳定的钝化膜;在p H值为12.54的CH中生成稳定的钝化膜约需10 d的时间,而在p H值为13.63的CP中生成稳定的钝化膜仅需7 d。 The evolution of the passive films on the surface of the steel HRB335 used in construction in different concrete pore solution environment was investigated. The results show that it is easier to form the passive films and the formed passive films are more stable on the surface of the steel HRB335 with the increase of p H values of concrete pore solution.The passive film on the surface of the steel HRB335 is absent in CN solution with p H of 11.00; it will take a time of about10 days to form a stable passive film on the steel surface in CH solution with p H of 12.54; and it will take only 7 days to form a stable passive film on the steel surface in CP solution with p H of 13.63.
