摘要
利用自主研发的连铸机结晶器喂钢带装置在连续浇注的过程中进行了喂钢带试验。结果表明:钢带在恒温钢液中的熔化过程分为两个阶段,开始时钢带残余厚度随喂入时间的增加而快速增加,钢带厚度达到最大值后开始缓慢减小,直到钢带在钢液中全部熔化。结晶器连续浇注喂钢带工艺借助中间等轴晶的拓宽和中心偏析的分散,改善了铸坯的宏观结构。
The steel belt feeding experimental in continuous casting process was conducted using the steel belt feeding machine of continuous casting crystallizer which is developed independently. The results show that the melting process in constant temperature molten steel is divided into two phases. At the beginning, the remnant thickness of the steel belt increase quickly with the increases of time. When the thickness of the steel belt reaches the maximum value, it starts to get small until the steel belt melts completely in the molten steel. The technology of steel belt feeding of continuous casting crystallizer take the advantages of widening middle isometric crystal and dispersing center segregation, so as to improve the macrostructure of the casting blank.
