轮带式连铸机应用于铸铅带的数值模拟

摘要 利用ANSYS软件建立了轮带式连铸机连铸区的三维瞬态分析有限元模型,并对连铸区进行了热-结构耦合仿真,分别得到了连铸区的总体温度场分布、铅-带坯的温度场分布、结晶轮外圈和钢带的应力场分布规律。研究结果对"铅带连铸装备"的选择具有重要参考价值。 The three-dimensional transient analysis finite element model of continuous casting area for belting leather type continuous casting machine was established using ANSYS sol, ware, and the heat-structure coupling simulation analysis on the continuous casting area was conducted. The overall temperature field distribution, lead- strip billet temperature field distribution, stress field distribution of crystallization wheel outer ring and the strip in the continuous casting area have been obtained respectively. The results have important reference value to choose "lead with continuous casting equipment".
