摘要
采用正交试验研究Cr、Mo、Cu三元复合作用对蠕墨铸铁的蠕化率、石墨长径比、珠光体含量以及力学性能的影响,深入分析对比3种元素对合金组织与性能的影响权重。结果表明:蠕墨铸铁的石墨长径比受Cr含量的影响最大,Mo次之,当Cr含量由0.1%增至0.3%时,石墨的长径比可由8.93提高到9.78。复合合金化蠕墨铸铁的抗拉强度和伸长率受Mo含量的影响最大,Cr次之。随着Mo含量和Cr含量提高,抗拉强度越高,伸长率越差。当Cr、Mo、Cu含量分别为0.3%、0.4%、0.4%时,蠕墨铸铁的蠕化率为80%~90%,抗拉强度达405 MPa,伸长率保持2.5%以上,具有良好的综合性能。
The effects of Cr, Mo and Cu on the vermicular rate, slenderness ratio, pearlite content and mechanical properties of vermicular cast iron were studied by orthogonal experiment. The influence degree of Cr, Mo and Cu on microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed deeply. The results show that Cr content has the greatest influence on slenderness ratio and Mo comes second. When Cr content raises from 0.1% to 0.3%, the slenderness ratio increases from 8.93 to 9.78. However Mo content has the greatest influence on strength and elongation, Cr is second. With Mo and Cr content increases, tensile strength increases, the elongation gets worse. When adding 0.3%Cr, 0.4%Mo and 0.4%Cu, the vermicular cast iron shows excellent comprehensive performance, the vermicular rate, strength and elongation is 80%~90%,405 MPa and above 2.5%, respectively.
