摘要
建立了大方坯传热的数学模型,并通过现场射钉实验校正了数学模型,通过数学模型确定了凝固终点位置,并研究了过热度、拉速及二冷比水量等工艺参数对大方坯凝固终点位置的影响。研究结果表明,过热度对铸坯的凝固终点长度、液相的终点长度和固液两相区的长度影响较小,之间呈正比例线性关系;拉坯速度对其影响非常显著,之间呈正比例线性关系;二冷比水量对其影响比较显著,之间呈反比例线性关系。因此在制定轻压下工艺时要综合考虑。
The heat transfer mathematical model was established, and the mathematical model was corrected by nail experiments. The final position of solidification was determined through the mathematical model, and the effects of superheat, drawing speed and water ratio parameters on the final position of the solidification of bloom were studied. The results shown that the superheat has a less effect on slab solidification end length, the liquid phase end length and the solid-liquid two phase zone length, it present a positive linear relationship between them. The drawing speed has a largest effect on them, it also present a positive linear relationship between them. The water ratio parameters has a significant effect on them, it present a negative linear relationship between them. So they must be considered comprehensively when determining pressing process.
