摘要
采用砂型铸造生产铜合金板类铸件时,在铸件两侧面易出现氧化夹杂或疏松现象,打箱后还常发生弯曲、甚至扭曲情况。对于长小于2 200 mm、宽小于350 mm、厚小于90 mm的板类铸件,采用半金属型铸造法质量更为可靠。根据多年经验,讨论了金属模及铸造工艺的设计要点,并给出了板类铸件在半金属型铸造时的冒口计算、核算方法,避免了经验设计方法的不够准确及凝固模拟技术的繁复费时的问题,既能保证充分补缩,又能获得较高的工艺出品率。
Adopting sand casting to product copper alloy plate castings, oxidation inclusion and porosity occur in both sides of castings, and bending and twist occur after unpack box. Plate castings, length less than 2 200 mm, width less than 350 mm, thickness less than 90 mm, adopting semi chilled mould casting, the quality of the castings is more reliable. Base on our experience, the design key points in chilled mould and casting technique were discussed, and the accounting method of casting risers in semi chilled mould casting process for plate castings was given, to avoid lacking accuracy in empirical design, and heavy and complicated labor in simulation technique, which can ensure full extend and shrink, also can acquire higher process yield in production.
