采用有限元分析软件对铝铸件进行铸造CAE模拟,确定砂型铸造工艺方案。通过控制关键工艺环节,成功地生产了大型箱体类铸铝件。

Using finite element analysis software to determine the sand casting process of aluminum casting, through controlling key process strictly, the large box-type aluminum castings were successfully producted.
