摘要
选用锆英粉为耐火骨料,硅藻土为辅助耐火骨料,磷酸二氢镁为粘结剂,钠基膨润土与CMC为复合悬浮剂,以适当的配比配制离心铸钢套水基涂料。经测试和生产验证,该涂料性能良好,适应生产要求。
Taking zircon powder as refractory aggregate, diatomite auxiliary as refractory aggregate, magnesium dihydrogen phosphate as binder, sodium bentonite and CMC as composite SC, a kind of water-based coating for centrifugal cast steel sleeves was developed. Testing and production validation prove that the coating can meet the production requirements in performance.
