柴油机机体铸态力学性能偏低原因分析及改进措施

摘要 介绍了某型船用柴油机机体的铸造工艺,分析了机体铸态力学性能差的原因,是机体中存在大量的显微缩松及细小的二次氧化渣,并恶化了球化率。通过脱硫处理提高球化率,减少夹渣及显微缩松等措施,提高了大型球墨铸铁件铸态力学性能。 The casting process for a marine diesel block was introduced, and the reason for the poor mechanical properties of the body cast structure was analyzed. The results show that a large amount of micro porosity and secondary oxidation slag to worsen the nodularity are the main reason for poor mechanical properties. The mechanical property of the large-size castings of nodular cast iron can be improved by the measures of increasing the nodularity in desulfurization treatment and reducing slag and micro porosity.
