低压金属型冒口涂层处理方法的研究

摘要 通过对比不同的冒口处理方法对铸件补缩、生产过程的影响及对模具的要求,提出了一种新的冒口涂层复合处理方法,并分析了涂层结构,描述了涂层处理方法及施工工艺。通过在实际生产中应用,对冒口涂层复合处理方法进行了验证。结果表明,通过涂层复合处理后的冒口,使用寿命长、补缩效果良好、冒口体积小,是一种经济实用的工艺方法。 The effects of different riser coating processing methods on its feeding effect and production process, and the demands to mold structure were compared, a new type of riser coating processing method in low pressure permanent mold casting was put forward, and the coating structure was analyzed and the processing procedures were described. Through practical application, the riser coating method was validated. The results show that the risers after composite processing have the advantages of long operation life, good shrinkage effects and small riser volume.
