摘要 心律植入装置相关感染是心律植入装置术后严重并发症之一。如发生心律植入装置相关感染,临床治疗困难。因此,早期认识心律植入装置相关感染的危险因素,积极预防,可降低心律植入装置相关感染的发生率。本文就心律植入装置相关感染的危险因素及预防方法的研究进展作一综述。 Cardiovascular implantable electronic device （CIED）-related infection has become one of the most serious complications after CIED implantation, and it is very difficult to treat. Therefore, early recognition of risk factors and active prevention are critical for reducing the incidence of CIED-related infection. This paper reviews the risk factors and preventive strategies of CIED-related infection.
