摘要
目的研究不同空间环境中差异表达基因位点在秀丽隐杆线虫染色体上的分布特征。方法利用基因位点可视化软件对经空间飞行环境、空间辐射及微重力处理的秀丽隐杆线虫全基因组表达谱进行分析,统计差异表达基因位点数量、比例,并通过指数模型分析其分布特征。结果空间飞行环境较辐射或微重力环境能够诱导更多的基因发生差异表达,差异表达基因分布也更为集中;在三种空间环境中均为Ⅴ号染色体上差异表达基因数量最多,而不同的空间环境中分别在Ⅱ号,Ⅲ号和Ⅴ号染色体上比例最高,在Ⅰ号和Ⅴ号染色体上差异表达基因分布最集中。结论空间环境诱导的秀丽隐杆线虫差异表达基因位点分布特征具有环境特异性,且染色体间存在环境敏感性差异。
Objective To observe the distribution characters of differentially expressed gene loci on chromo- somes of C. elegans under space environments. Methods Gene expression profiles of C. elegans, which were exposed under spaceflight, space radiation and microgravity environments, were investigated by the visualiza- tion software locus. The number and ratio of differentially expressed gene loci were counted and the distribu- tion characters with the exponential model were analyzed. Results Compared with space radiation or micro- gravity, spaceflight condition induced more differentially expressed genes, and the distribution of genes were more concentrated. The largest number of differentially expressed genes appeared on chromosome V under each condition ; under different conditions, the largest ratio of differentially expressed genes appeared on chro- mosome Ⅱ, Ⅲ and V respectively, and the most concentrated distribution of genes appeared on chromosome I and V. Conclusion The distribution character of differentially expressed gene loci on chromosome has environ- mental specificity, and also has different sensitivity in chromosomes.
