摘要
骨桥蛋白是一种与细胞粘附、迁移密切相关的磷酸化糖蛋白,其生理功能在免疫、癌症和骨相关研究中被广泛报道。近年的研究提示,骨桥蛋白同样是一种对力学刺激敏感的蛋白,且参与了细胞力学信号传导。本文综述了不同力学刺激方式对骨桥蛋白所产生的影响,其中可能的调控途径以及骨桥蛋白在力学信号传导过程中所起的作用。
Osteopontin (OPN), a glycophosphoprotein, which was closely associated with cell adhesion andmigration, was well documented in immunology, cancer and bone studies. OPN was recently ibund to be sen- sitive to mechanical stimuli and involved in mechanotransduction. This review focused on the effects on OPN expression by mechanical stimuli and the possible regulating pathways. In this review, the role played by OPN in mechanotransduction was also been summarized.
