二期小切口自体植骨治疗胫骨中下段粉碎骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察二期小切口自体植骨治疗胫骨中下段粉碎骨折的临床疗效。方法对15例胫骨中下段粉碎性骨折患者行一期外固定架固定,术后2~3个月行骨折端小切口取髂骨植骨。应用Mazur踝关节功能评分系统进行疗效评估。结果 15例均获随访,时间8~12(10±2.2)个月。骨折均临床愈合,时间16~28(20.5±2.5)周。根据Mazur评分:优6例,良8例,可1例。结论一期外固定架固定、二期小切口自体植骨是治疗胫骨中下段粉碎骨折的有效方法。 Objective To observe the effect of the second stage mini incision autologous bone graft for comminuted distal-middle tibial fracture. Methods 15 cases of the comminuted distal-middle tibial fracture were treated by external fixation at first stage,two or three months later,the mini incision autologous bone graft was done for the supplementation therapy. The effect was evaluated by Mazur ankle joint scoring system. Results They were all followed up for 8 ~ 12( 10 ± 2. 2) months. The time of clinic bone healing was 16 ~ 28( 20. 5 ± 2. 5) weeks,according to Mazur ankle joint scoring system,the results was excellent in 6 cases,good in 8,fair in 1. Conclusions It is an effective treatment mothod that the first stage fixation with external fixator and the second stage mini incision autologous bone graft for comminuted distal-middle tibial fracture.
