摘要
讨论了一种手动变速箱离合器壳体压铸模具的3种内浇口方案,分析了各自存在的利弊。第3种方案完全改变了进料方式,将浇口设置在铸件窄侧面一端;增加了顶出机构;增大了渣包容积;预留了高温油加热系统;在特定区域开设集中除气。该方案铸件成形良好。
Three processes of ingate used on one Kind of cluth housing die-casting dies were described, and advantages and disadvantages were expounded.
