摘要
采用浸渗法制备了三维网络Al2O3/ZL102多孔陶瓷复合材料,测试了试样的孔隙率、渗透系数及承载能力。用扫描电镜分析了金属/陶瓷界面及陶瓷骨架内管道的形貌,研究了浸渗工艺对多孔材料孔隙率及渗透系数的影响。结果表明,多孔复合材料的孔隙率随陶瓷预制体孔密度的增加而增加,随浸渗温度及浸渗压力的增加而下降;渗透系数随孔隙率的增加而增加;渗透系数较大时,平板试样的承载能力相应较高。
Three dimensional network A12O3/A1 porous ceramics composites were prepared by infil- tration process. The porosity, permeability coefficient and carrying capacity of the samples were meas- ured. The interface of metal/ceramics and the morphology of pore inside the ceramic skeleton were ob- served by SEM (scanning electron microscopy). Effects of infiltration parameters on the porosity and permeability coefficient of the porous composites were investigated. The results indicate that the porosi- ty is increased with the increase of ceramic preforms pore density, and decreased with increase of infiltra- tion temperature and pressure. In addition, the permeability coefficient of porous materials is increased with porosity increase. With a higher permeability coefficient, the carrying capacity of the sample is in- creased accordingly.
