摘要
目的:探讨红斑狼疮患者TRUST试验阳性与抗核抗体ANA阳性的相关性。方法:选取219例ANA阳性的红斑狼疮患者,采用TRUST试验对患者血清进行检测,分析TRUST阳性患者中ANA滴度与型别分布状况。结果:红斑狼疮患者中TRUST阳性8例,阳性率为3.7%,其中ANA为均质型的患者阳性率显著多于其他类型(P<0.05),不同ANA滴度患者TRUST阳性率无明显差异(P值均>0.05)。结论:红斑狼疮患者TRUST检测阳性可能与ANA密切相关。
Objective：To investigate the correlation between TRUST test positive and antinu-clear antibody （ ANA） test positive in lupus erythematosus （ LE） patients.Methods：219 LE pa-tients with positive ANA were tested by TRUST assay,and the distribution of ANA titer and type in positive TRUST patients were analyzed.Results：In 219 LE patients, 8 cases were TRUST posi-tive, the positive rate was 3.7%.The positive rate of ANA homogeneous type was significantly higher than that of granules, nucleolus or centromere type （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion：Positive TRUST result in LE patients may be associated with ANA.
