摘要
采用化学沉淀法-水热法制备β-TCP/HA双相陶瓷粉末,通过调节水热温度和水热时间,将制备的粉体于900℃下煅烧,得到了不同配比的β-TCP/HA双相陶瓷粉末。研究表明,煅烧前的粉末主要为缺钙的HA相,随着水热温度的升高和水热时间的延长,煅烧后得到的粉末中HA的相含量不断增多。煅烧前为短棒状的缺钙型和稳定型的HA,煅烧后,β-TCP的晶粒呈球形,短棒状的HA随水热温度的升高和时间的延长而逐渐增多,且温度升高的影响比延长时间的影响更为显著。
Beta-TCP / HA duplex ceramic powders with different ratios was prepared by chemical precipitation and hydrothermal method,though adjusting the hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time and then being calcined at 900 ℃. The results show that the powder calcined before was mainly of Calcium Deficient Hydroxyapatite phase. The HA phase content in the powder constantly increases as the hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time increasing. The HA liked short rod and the beta-TCP liked spherical grains and the HA in short rod increases with the rising of hydrothermal temperature and the extension of hydrothermal time. The influence made by rising temperature is more significant than the effect of extension of the time.
