摘要 目的观察牙龈瘤中雌激素受体与芳香化酶的表达情况,探讨局部雌激素及芳香化酶在牙龈瘤中的作用与关系。方法用免疫组织化学过氧化物酶标记的链酶卵白素法测定牙龈瘤中雌激素受体及芳香化酶的表达情况。结果牙龈瘤雌激素受体及芳香化酶的染色阳性率分别为53.33%和40%,与正常对照相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。牙龈瘤中雌激素受体与芳香化酶之间未见明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论雌激素受体和芳香化酶在牙龈瘤组织中表达均升高,二者对牙龈瘤的发生可能起一定作用,但芳香化酶与雌激素受体在牙龈瘤中无相关性。 Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor and aromatase in epulis and the correlation between estrogen receptor and aromatase in epulis.Methods Thirty cases of epulis were included in this study. The expression of estrogen receptor and aromatase in these samples of epulis and normal gingival tissues was examined by immunohistochemical staining SP method. The correlation between estrogen receptor and aromatase expression was statistically analyzed.Results The positive rates of estrogen receptor and aromatase expression in epulis were 53.33% and 40.00%, respectively. The difference in estrogen receptor and aromatase expression between epulis and control group was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant correlation was found between estrogen receptor and aromatase in epulis. Conclusion The development of epulis may be related to estrogen metablism. The aromatase expression was increased in epulis. Aromatase was not correlated with estrogen receptor in epulis.
