Er:YAG激光在牙周病治疗中的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 近年来,随着激光技术的迅猛发展,激光应用于牙周病的治疗已逐渐成为临床应用和研究热点。目前所有波长的激光中,由于Er:YAG激光的波长与水及羟基磷灰石具有最大的亲和力;且具有很好的安全性和有效性,因此Er:YAG激光适宜慢性牙周炎的非手术治疗。本文围绕Er:YAG激光在慢性牙周炎的非手术治疗和手术治疗的相关应用和研究进展作一综述。
