摘要
通过改变硫酸浓度、反应时间对炭黑N330进行改性处理,并将改性炭黑与普通色素炭黑的主要指标进行比较。结果表明,经浓度为10 mol/L的硫酸8 h酸化制备得到的改性炭黑分散性最好,制得的炭黑粒径更小,表面含氧基团量增加,基本达到普通色素炭黑的要求。
In this experiment, carbon black N330 was modified by changing the concentration of sulfuric acid and the reaction time. The main indicators of those modified carbon black were compared with the pigment carbon black. The results indicated that the modified carbon black prepared by 10 mol/L of sulfuric acid for 8 h dispersed best, the particle size was smaller and the surface oxygen groups increased. The modified carbon black basically reached the requirements of ordinary pigment carbon black.
