本文总结和分析国内外碳排放权交易标准的情况,提出了碳排放权交易标准体系框架模型,并以广东碳排放权交易试点为案例,建立了广东省碳排放权交易标准体系,对体系表内容作了具体划分与分析归纳,最后提出了碳排放权交易标准体系对碳排放权交易工作的作用,并对进一步完善碳排放权交易标准体系提出了建议。

This paper summarizes and analyzes the status of domestic and foreign carbon emission permits trade standards, proposes the frame model of the standard system for carbon emission permits trade, establishes the relevant standard system of Guangdong Province by taking the pilots of carbon emission permits trade as a case, and divides and summarizes the content of standard system. At last, the paper raises the effect of the standard system on carbon emission permits trade and puts forward suggestions for further improving the standard system.
