基于信息平台的病案首页数据应用研究

Data Application Research on the Home Pages of Medical Records Based on Information Platform

利用医院信息平台,通过构建数据仓库,采用Eclipse开发工具和SQLServer数据库技术,实现对病案首页数据信息的抽取、校验、整合、存储、上报,通过OLAP实现多维数据分析,使用SPSS软件进行数据挖掘,采用IBM Cognos作为展示工具,以Java程序语言进行软件开发,进行数据展示界面的设计和利用。基于医院数据平台开发的数据对接程序实现了病案首页信息的自动准确上报,并实现了上报数据对应84项指标的自动汇总分析、提取信息的规则引擎校验及主题展示。通过医院信息平台,利用展示界面,可有效的加强病案首页数据的应用,对提高医院管理、医疗质量监管具有重要意义。

With the application of the information platform of the hospital, to establish a databank with the eclipse development software and SQL Server database technology, thus to realize the selection, checkout, integration, storage and report of the data information in the home pages of the medical records. Through the multidimensional data analysis with OLAP, to conduct data excavation with SPSS software, use IBM Cognos as display tool, make software development by Java program language, and perform the design and utilization of the data exhibition interface finally. The data platform enables the data of the front sheet of medical records to implement rule checking, automatic reporting, summary analysis and theme display. Through the information platform of the hospital, with the application of the exhibition interface, the utilization of data in the home pages of medical records would be strengthened more effectively, which is of great importance to the development of the management and medical quality supervision of the hospital.
