医学研究生科研能力的培养是医学教学内容的重要组成部分。临床专科学系的主要任务之一是培养研究生的科研能力。文章探讨了临床专科学系通过转变教学模式,提高教师素质来加强师资队伍建设,同时积极加强科研设备的引进,从而为研究生科研能力培养提供了坚实保障,学系还通过整合各附属医院资源,开展学术活动,为研究生科研能力培养提供平台,调动研究生科研积极性,激发其创造性思维,同时端正了研究生的科研态度。因而临床专科学系为医学研究生质量的提高提供一定帮助。

The cultivation of scientific research ability of postgraduates is an important part of the medical teaching content. One of the tasks of the clinical professiolaal academic department is to cultivate their scientific research ability. This review investigated that the academic departments changed the teaching mode and improved the quality of the teachers to strengthen the construction of teachers＇ team. At the same time, academic departments strengthened the introduction of scientific research equipment, so it provided a solid guarantee for the cultivation of medical postgraduates＇ scientific research ability. It also provided a platform for the cultivation of medical postgraduates＇ scientific research ability by integrating affiliated hospital resources to carry out academic activities. This would improve their scientific research enthusiasm, inspire the creative thinking and correct research attitude of the postgraduates. Therefore, the clinical professional academic department could provide certain help to improve the quality of medical postgraduates.
