摘要
随着医患关系日益紧张,医疗人员法律素养薄弱的问题愈发明显。针对医学院校法律教育相对匮乏、医学生法律意薄弱的现象,如何行之有效地构建新型医患关系进行了分析,提出一系列有效强化医学生法律素养的教学方法,例如,将医疗卫生法律知识纳入选修课、开设模拟课堂和第二课堂、以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学、强化临床带教实习等。通过多样化的医学生法律教学,有效的强化医学生的法律素养,对提升医务人员整体素质、构建新型医患关系有重要意义。
With the daily tensing of doctor-patient relationship, the poor status of legal accomplishment of the medical personnel is more and more obvious. Aimed at the current status of lacking of legal education and the poor legal awareness of the medical students in medical colleges, this paper analyzed the problem of how to establish a new type of doctor-patient relationship, and put forward a series of measures to improve the legal accomplishment of medical students, such as adding medical legal knowledge into medical courses, establishing the stimulation class and the second class, applying the Problems-based Learning (PBL) and intensifying the clinical practice teaching. Therefore, through the various legal teaching we could effectively improve the legal accomplishment and quality of medical students. Moreover, this research is of great significance to enhance the whole quality of the medical staff and establish new and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
